Rain drop
From as long as I can remember
I have never been alone on my own
From creation to Noah’s flood
I don’t evolve I revolve
changing, with nothing of my own
If you dissect Niagara i’ll be there
on the end of a shark’s tail
shouldering the trees of life
The Amazon knows me by name
No where specific in the pacific
I kiss more than I can tell
find me under the wishing well
on the end of a fire hose
dew on a field of rose
Murderer, Nourisher, bringer and taker
In the sewers beneath cities
Puddles to splash and pass
I have been all around the world
Still no where I fit in
But that passing moment knocking on her apartment
drooling on her window without judgement
The lights inside ignite all my imperfections
I have never been this insignificant nor happier
I am infinite but this is forever
She sees me racing my kin
Unreachable, invincible, I found my flow
Beyond life I am aesthetics
our harmonious cry for salvation
Makes life a little worth while
